1. Promotion Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Canada Goose Inc. and Canada Goose International AG (collectively, the “
Promotion Sponsor”).
This Promotion will be run in accordance with these Rules, subject to amendment by the Promotion Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these Rules, and, by entering the Promotion, will be deemed to have received and understood and agreed to, the Rules.

3. Eligibility: The Promotion is only open to individuals who are not affiliated with any organizations or entities that may harm the Promotion Sponsor’s reputation, which shall be determined at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion, and who are, at the time of Promotion entry, legal residents of Great Britain and who are at least 18 years old (each an
“Entrant”). Employees, representatives, dealers and agents of the Promotion Sponsor, any entities or organizations involved in the Promotion, and each their respective parent and affiliated companies, Promotion suppliers and judges, and immediate family members of any such person (regardless of where they live) or those with whom any such persons are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

https://experiences.enews.canadagoose.com/AldoKaneExpedition during the Promotion Period, complete all required information and click “submit” for one (1) entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per Entrant during the Promotion Period.
If the identity of an Entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account. that, where feasible and permitted by applicable law, may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Promotion will be the Promotion server machine(s).
The Promotion Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found: (i) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (ii) to be acting in violation of the Rules; (iii) to be acting in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (iv) to be engaging in any other offensive conduct that jeopardizes the integrity and/or administration of the Promotion, which shall be determined at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prize: There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of one full day expedition with Aldo Kane on October 9th 2021 (the
“Prize”). The Aldo Kane Expedition consists of:
Round-trip within the UK (including reasonable return travel costs between the winner’s home and the main point of departure and return), including:
Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation for two (2) on October 8th and 9th (at least three star rating or equivalent; based on single room, double occupancy) chosen at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion with dinner and breakfast;
One (1) excursion with Aldo Kane take place October 9th (the excursion requires a reasonable level of fitness as it will include a hike and physical activities);
Incl. lunch and refreshments on day of excursion with Aldo Kane
Each winner (and his or her guest) will be solely responsible for all other incidental costs and expenses related to the Prize not mentioned above, including, but without limitation, gratuities, personal expenses, meals not mentioned above, health or travel insurance, entertainment, etc. The winner may be required to provide an accepted and valid credit card to the hotel accommodation to cover incidental charges (including but not limited to: telephone charges, laundry services, room service, etc.).
Each Prize winner and their travel guest must be able to travel on the dates as set out by the Promotion Sponsor (October 8-10, 2021) and must travel on the same itinerary. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, and those set forth by the Promotion Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All travel arrangements must be made through the Promotion Sponsor or its designated agents and will not be rescheduled or substituted once booked. No frequent flyer miles will be available for this trip. The Prize winner and their guest will be responsible for having the required identifications and obtaining any necessary travel documents in advance of the departure date. No compensation or substitution will be made if the trip is cancelled due to a failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
No responsibility is assumed by the Promotion Sponsor if the trip is delayed, postponed or cancelled as a result of an act or omission of the Prize winner and the Prize winner will not be reimbursed for any portion of the Prize that may become unavailable. The Promotion Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or terminate the awarding of the Prize or any component of a Prize in the event that the Prize winner and/or their travel guest engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, or behaviour with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, bully or harass any other person. The Promotion Sponsor reserves the right to change travel dates and travel arrangements at its sole discretion.
6. Prize Substitution: The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash-surrender value, and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Promotion Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the Prize with a prize(s) of equal or greater value for any reason.
7. Winner Determination: One (1) entry will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries by a representative of the Promotion Sponsor in accordance to the following chart:

A representative of the Promotion Sponsor will contact the selected Entrant via email within five (5) business days of the random drawing (“Winner Notification”). If a selected Entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the third attempt to contact (including failing to reply to the Winner Notification) or, if contacted, does not claim their prize, or does not meet all of the Promotion conditions outlined in these Rules, the selected Entrant will be disqualified and forfeits their prize, and another Entrant may be randomly drawn from among all remaining eligible entries. A representative of the Promotion Sponsor will attempt to contact any such newly selected Entrant in the same Winner Notification process; any newly selected Entrant will be subject to disqualification in the same manner detailed above. This process will continue until contact is made with a selected Entrant who meets Promotion requirements or until there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Promotion Sponsor is not responsible for failed attempts to notify any selected Entrant. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one (1) prize per household. The chances of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Prize Distribution: The Promotion Sponsor and all affiliated companies make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Failure to redeem the Prize (or Prize portion) will result in forfeiture of the Prize and unused portions of the Prize have no cash value.
9. Winner Conditions: To be declared a winner, a selected Entrant must first: (i) have complied with, be in compliance with, and continue to comply with the Rules; (ii) be able to travel on date as specified by the Promotion Sponsor; and (iii) sign and return a prize claim form via email within 14 days of the date on which such form is provided to the Entrant and ensure their guest signs a Guest Release Form.
10. Guest Conditions: Each winner’s chosen guest must be an individual who is not affiliated with any organizations or entities that may harm the Promotion Sponsor’s reputation, which shall be determined at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are residents of Great Britain and are at least 18 years old.
The guest will also be required to sign and return a Guest Release Form, in the format to be supplied by the Promotion Sponsor within 14 days.
11. Tampering: All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the Rules may be disqualified by the Promotion Sponsor. Promotion Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, typographical or other production errors, or any errors or omissions in printing or advertising related to this Promotion. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple/different names, e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that person’s entries and eligibility to win the prize and that participant will be disqualified from the Promotion and, at the sole discretion of the Promotion Sponsor, any of the Promotion Sponsor’s other promotions. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Promotion entry services) will void all entries by that Entrant.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Promotion Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
12. Modification/Termination: Subject to applicable law, the Promotion Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, or modify the Rules of the Promotion at any time without notice, if fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or communications or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of the Promotion Sponsor that corrupts the administration, integrity or security of the Promotion or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Promotion as contemplated by these Rules, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Promotion Sponsor. In such an event, the Promotion Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to select (a) winner(s) via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up until the time of cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.
13. Privacy: Any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Promotion Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.canadagoose.com/uk/en/privacy-policy/privacy-policy.html. In particular:
The Promotion Sponsor is the controller in respect of any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion;
The Promotion Sponsor will process, and permit the processing of, personal data for the purposes of the proper administration of the Promotion (and in connection with any publicity and record-keeping relating to the Promotion) and in accordance with the Promotion Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
If you opt in to receive marketing emails from the Promotion Sponsor, the Promotion Sponsor will use your personal data for direct marketing purposes in accordance with the Promotion Sponsor’s Privacy Notice. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the relevant emails or by contacting the Promotion Sponsor.
It is in the Promotion Sponsor’s legitimate interest to use personal data as set out in these Rules to ensure the Promotion is operated and administered properly and in accordance with these Rules and applicable laws and regulations. Where you opt in to receive marketing emails, our processing will be based on consent.
Personal data will be shared with the Promotion Sponsor’s suppliers who are assisting with the operation of the Promotion and fulfilment of the Prize.
The Promotion Sponsor will retain personal data as long as is necessary to administer the Promotion (and in connection with any publicity and record-keeping relating to the Promotion) and in accordance with the retention policy set out in the Promotion Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Data subjects have certain rights in relation to the use of their personal data, including: to obtain copies of it; to have it corrected or deleted; to limit the way in which it is used; to object to its use; to transfer it; not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing (including profiling); and to complain to the regulator. Many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply. To exercise data subject rights, or to discuss any concerns, please contact the Promotion Sponsor.
By entering the Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Promoter using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. This may happen where Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised. To request disclosure of winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request to cguk@canadagoose.com by October 1st, 2021. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded.
14. Publicity: By accepting a Prize, each winner and their guest agree that the Promotion Sponsor and its respective designees may use their name, photographs, videos, likeness, city of residence, biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this Promotion, Prize, or Prize-related activities for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media (now or hereafter known) throughout the world, in perpetuity without compensation, notification, or further permission, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
15. Release and Liability: By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree that should they be selected as the potential winner, the Promotion Sponsor may run a background check or require proof of identity to verify eligibility and to ensure Entrants are not affiliated with any organizations or groups that may harm the Promotion Sponsor’s reputation, which shall be determined at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Promotion Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be: (i) violating these Rules, or (ii) who is associated with any organizations or groups that may harm the Promotion Sponsor’s reputation, which shall be determined at the Promotion Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any company or person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Promotion Sponsor will not be liable for: (i) any loss, liability or damage caused by someone other than Promotion Sponsor or someone acting under Promotion Sponsor’s direct instructions and in accordance with Promoter’s instructions; (ii) any loss, liability or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Promotion Sponsor’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of Promotion Sponsor’s website.
16. Construction All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Promotion Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
